Build a Life That Will Last

When the question was asked, “Which is the most reliable automobile?” James Bleeker responded with his story “…I personally own a 1984 Toyota Corolla with more than 546,000 miles. I purchased this vehicle new, so I know the major repairs. A new radiator was installed at 290,000 miles and a used transmission was installed at 479,000 miles.”

Wow! What a great story of reliability.

You want to tell others when you find something that works! This is not only true with products—it’s also true with life. Every day we are building: building memories, building relationships, building character, building habits. Whether good or bad, we continue to build. I want to build something reliable.

Let’s face it, life can be tough. Jesus told us this very fact in Luke 6:47&48

Luke 6:47 Whoever comes to me, and heareth my sayings, and obeys them, I will show you who he is like:

Luke 6:48 He is like a man which built a house, and dug deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was built upon a rock.

No one is exempt from the troubles of life. It doesn’t matter how young or old, rich or poor, famous or unknown. Trouble ignores race, creed, and education. However, the person that is careful to build his/her life on the teachings of Jesus will remain strong against the storms of life. That is our goal at APC. We are passionate about people building a life that will last.
